Two pillows together with a duvet are provided for convenience. You just need to bring your own pillow cases, bed sheet and duvet cover.

For guests not wanting the hassle of packing and bringing your own bedding and/or towels, don't worry, these can be booked as extras. 

If booked as an extra at time of booking, the bed will be made up ready for your arrival. If added last minute, they will be left in the unit for you to make the bed yourselves.

Please make sure you either bring covers for the pillows & duvet or book as an extra and use a throw to cover if allowing paws on furniture. Any soiling will incur additional cleaning costs.

Why not make the most of your stay and dine out under the stars around the fire pit. Each unit has its own fire pit with detachable bbq arm and paella pan provided as standard. 

Warma fire boxes including kiln dried logs, kindling & fire candle lighters & matches can be purchased as an extra and added at time of booking.

We kindly ask that only these logs and kindling be used if using wood since they are purposely sourced as seasoned, kiln dried wood in order to limit sparks and fire risk to surrounding meadow land. Guests are welcome to bring their own charcoal.

There is something so magical about spending time with animals. Meet Hamish, Hector and Hugo - our Swiss Valais Black Nose sheep! So friendly, always up for a cuddle but also extremely mischievious!

£50 for a 30 - 40 minute session. Feed them, cuddle them, or just sit with them while you have a cuppa!. Let their gentle energies transport you.

Rutland Bike Tours (RBT) offer guided rides in and around Rutland & surrounding areas. Bring your own bikes or let RBT hire them for you.

Why not make the most of your stay and book an early check in time of 2pm as an extra instead of having to wait until the usual 4pm? We'll prioritise getting your cabin ready so that you can make the most of your first afternoon here.

Please note, If we're able to get the units ready early we will always let guests know on the day of arrival but is not always possible. Booking this as an extra will guarantee this as with notice we can dedicate extra resources.

Please don't turn up early unless you have been invited to or have booked the early check in however as you will be charged £35 from your deposit for unannounced early arrivals.

Make the most of your first evening in the meadow without having to worry about packing food for that first eve! 

Chose from a small selection of home made favourites such as Lasagna and Chilli Con Carne (meat & vegetarian options available) and find them waiting in the fridge for your arrival. 

Just slip into something comfy, crack open a bottle and pop your meal into heat up. 

All that's left is a night under the stars, your paws at your side and maybe a log or two crackling on the fire pit!!
